Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If we don't request a return within 14 days after receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 days.
*Because our wholesale vendors have non-refundable policies on their products, we charge a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted from your entire refund*

We currently only allow exchanges in the rare occurrence of item defects. Please contact us if your item(s) are damaged in any way, and we will exchange your item(s) for new ones at no extra charge.
To return your item(s), please send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you a return address. Please do not send your return order to the address printed on the original package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your order.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
